The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-LAN-34662-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Trader Joe's Company, represented by Robert Camarena. The project was to construct one industrial building totaling approximately 1,050,000 square feet. This amendment is to change the required burrowing owl mitigation in the lake and streambed alteration agreement EPIMS-LAN-34662-R5. This amendment changes the general acreage Habitat Management Land Acquisition requirement in Measure 3.2 by adding a new option to conserve in perpetuity Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 3236-003-011 in Fairmont, CA.
