The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS- MON-42355-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation. The Project includes activities related to replacing and reparing culverts, modifying and adding concrete headwalls, installing flared end sections and rock slope protection, dewatering and temporary water diversions, and restoring temporarily disturbed areas with erosion control, seeding and plantings.
