Document Description
A Site Development Permit Amendment to an existing approximately 300,000-square-foot one-story warehouse building that was approved under File No. H2 l-006. This
Amendment consists of site modifications due to the change in use to a research and development facility, including the addition of backup generators, transformers, evaporative cooling chillers, and a step-down power transition yard to support research and laboratory uses, and associated site improvements on an approximately 17.4 gross-acre site. To support the project, PG&E will upgrade their infrastructure within their rights-of-way and easements in off-site areas.
