Document Description
Conditional Use Permit No. 190065 is a proposal to re-entitle the existing 19 unit motel and add an additional 10 units for a total of 29 unit motel along with a proposed managers unit on the 1.97 acre site. The additional 10 units are proposed to be constructed in 3 phases, each building in its own phase with parking and other support improvements to be constructed with the first phase. The existing 19 unit motel are located within three separate single-story buildings. The additional proposed 10 units would be located within three separate buildings in the eastern portion of the site. The project site is comprised of one parcel, APN 563-250-039 (previously two parcels – APN 563-250-028 and -031).
