Document Description
Consistent with the Turlock Subbasin GSP, the proposed project would decrease groundwater demand through agricultural land repurposing and utilize replenishment water and stormwater for irrigation and recharge. The proposed project is covered by the evaluation of environmental effects in the Turlock Subbasin GSP PEIR and is within the scope of the PEIR for CEQA compliance under CEQA Guidelines Section 15168. The proposed project will not result in any new impacts nor require any new mitigation measures not covered in the PEIR.
