Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to the Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number NEV-36657-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, as represented by Sam Vandell.
This amendment includes the extension of the temporary 325-foot culvert by an additional 40 feet and extension of the associated backfill to create a work platform for equipment. The temporary culvert and backfill will be removed no later than October 31, 2026 per the original Streamed Alteration Agreement.
