Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is financing the Project referred to internally as Ricardo Ave Septic to Sewer. The Project includes the construction of a public wastewater collection system for the Ricardo Avenue area. The purpose of the Project is to improve water quality by replacing 34 private septic systems with sanitary sewer service. The Project includes the installation of approximately 3,175 linear feet of sewer line, eight manholes, and 34 sewer laterals. The Project also includes the construction of a small lift station to accommodate the additional service area.
