On May 8'“. 2025. the Planning Commission unanimously voted in favor to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 25-04. The Project is consistent with the City's General Plan Environmental Impact Report and therefore is not subject to further environmental analysis pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15183.
