Document Description
Planning Project No. 24-27 consists of a 6,045 square foot (sqft) commercial development that includes a 4,545 sqft convenience store and 1,500 sqft retail tenant space on a project site of approximately 1.11 acres. The convenience store would operate a drive through and would sell gasoline via 6 double sides fuel pumps which would be located under a 2,592 sqft fuel canopy on the site. A Conditional Use Permit and Lot Line Adjustment (merging the two underlying lots) has been approved to allow the proposed use on the site and to restrict the construction of structures over parcel lines. The Project has been determined to be consistent with the City’s General Plan and General Plan Environmental Impact Report pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15183.
