Document Description
The City of Fowler has proposed GPA No. 25-11 to amend land uses in west Fowler base on policy direction given to staff by the City's General Plan and City Council. The amendments would encourage economic development within the City‘s Economic Development Focus Area. An addendum was prepared for the project ?nding that the project wouldn't result in a new or substantially more signi?cant impact under CEQA. The addendum will be attached to the City's General Plan EIR (approved 4/18/23).
