Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number EPIMS-YUB-55651-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Wheatland. The project amendment is limited to modifications of Project 1, State Street Culvert. The culvert work area has been modified slightly, which would result in an increase in permanent impact of 0.006 acres to the drainage (a reach of Grasshopper Slough) that passes through the culvert. This modification is due to minor design changes requiring adjustments to the shape and extent of the work area. Modifications to Project 9 reduced the project area, thus avoiding 0.006 acres of permanent impacts to vernal pool habitat.
