Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding this Project, and Olivehurst Public Utility District project (SCH # 2023030233), under one agreement referred to internally as, “Regional Wastewater Transmission and Treatment Facilities Project.” The Project consists of an approximately eight-mile-long sewer pipeline alignment located within portions of the City of Wheatland (City) and unincorporated areas within the Yuba County, as well as three new pump stations and a new City of Wheatland Public Works corporation yard. In addition, the Wheatland portion of Project will include the decommissioning of the City’s existing wastewater treatment plant. PROJECT NUMBER: 8753-110
