Document Description
An Addendum Environmental Impact Report (Addendum EIR) was prepared based on the previously certified 2023 Gibson Solar Farm Project EIR (SCH #2021100191), certified by the Board of Supervisors on October 10, 2023 (Resolution 23-153). The Addendum EIR was adopted by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on March 24, 2026, to authorize an increase in height and number of the utility poles that were previously analyzed in the 2023 EIR. The impacts and mitigation requirements identified in the 2023 EIR will remain substantively unchanged by the proposed height increases. These increases are found to be consistent with the conclusions identified in the 2023 EIR.
