Document Description
Although never formally adopted, the draft 2006 Storm Drainage Master Plan remains the City's most recent comprehensive storm drainage assessment. The City of Lathrop General Plan Update EIR (SCH #2021100139), certified September 19, 2022, analyzed citywide buildout, including drainage and other infrastructure needs. In 2024, the City began updating its stormwater master planning to address current needs and support sustainable redevelopment in Historic Lathrop. The City found that the resulting East Lathrop Stormwater Master Plan revisions do not increase impact severity, and that the certified EIR's conclusions and mitigation measures remain applicable.
