Document Description
This proposed project involves construction of a building pad (Pad 3) on which an approximately 3,684 square-foot McDonald’s restaurant will be built.
Project activities include vegetation removal, grading, excavation, and paving to
prepare the foundation for Pad 3 construction.
The Project will result in incidental take of 6 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia),
which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The
WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
