The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-29790-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Coachella Valley Water District.
The Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement #EPIMS-RIV-29790-R6 includes
changing the Project Impacts section to include an additional 0.1 acres of permanent
impacts, and changing Compensatory Measures to include an additional 0.3 acres of
off-site permittee-responsible mitigation.
