Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as Pure Water Project (PWP) Las Virgenes-Triunfo. The Project consists of the following components: 1. Construction of new advanced water purification facility (AWPF) located along the Agoura Road in Agoura Hills; 2. Construction of a new, up to 24-inch-diameter, 1.7-mile-long source water pipeline from the recycled water distribution system supplied by Tapia Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to the new AWPF at Agoura Road; 3. Construction of a new, up to 20-inch-diameter, 2.2-mile-long purified water pipeline from the AWPF to Las Virgenes Reservoir, including a new outfall discharge structure; 4. Construction of a new, 12-inch-diameter, 14.1-mile-long concentrate pipeline from the AWPF at Agoura Road to Calleguas Salinity Management Pipelineat Hill Canyon; and 5. Additional minor upgrades at Tapia WRF, including eliminating Malibu Creek discharges, except under an operational emergency or qualifying storm events. PROJECT NUMBER: 8768-110
