The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-58058-RX), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Bethel Island Municipal Improvements District. The project is limited to one-time occurrences of the following project activities: 1) vegetation clearing and removal; 2) culvert repair and drainage channel reconstruction and maintenance; 3) sediment and debris removal (e.g., clearing blocked inlets); and 4) upgrade of a secondary pump station.
