The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SJN-42688-R3) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Sierra Logistics Center. The project covered under the Agreement is limited to fill of three drainage channels and installation of four outfalls to an existing drainage channel. The purpose of the fill and outfalls is to support the construction of a new warehouse and infrastructure on the project site.
