Document Description
fhe project consists of two development sites (North Site and South Site) that are bisected by Silva Valley Parkway just north of US 50 in the El Dorado Hills Community of El Dorado County. The North Site would result in the development of a Costco members-only fuel facility consisting of steel canopy structure of up to 13,000 square feet and an employee parking area developing a total of 3.29 acres. The remainder of the North Site would include an approximately 13. 79-acre out-parcel that would remain undeveloped at this time (North Site Remainder Area), but would be part of the overall's project's (North Site and South Site) annexation to the El Dorado Irrigation District for water supply and wastewater services and the El Dorado Hills Fire Department for fire protection services. The South Site would include up to approximately 165,000 square feet of building area planned to be constructed as a Costco Wholesale Member Warehouse retail store with 250 to 300 employees. Proposed actions include approvals for a Planned Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit, Variance for Building-Attached Signage Area, Tree Permit, Lot Line Adjustment, and annexation approval by the El Dorado Local Agency Formation Commission for fire, water, and wastewater services.
