Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SMO-22941-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
The project as amended would add one Streambed Alteration Project to Routine Maintenance Agreement EPIMS-SMO-22941-R3. The added project involves constructing a 16-foot elevated boardwalk (puncheon) for access to a multiuse trail that crosses an unnamed ephemeral channel, which drains to Steven’s Creek Reservoir. Project impacts will include excavating approximately 1 cubic yard of material, primarily within the trail footprint, and installation will involve hand tools and a mini excavator and/or skidsteer.
