The City is proposing to update the Mobility, Safety, Environmental Resources, and Parks & Recreation Elements of the Policy Plan component of The Ontario Plan (TOP) to address new state laws enacted through Assembly and Senate Bills (AB/SB): AB 98, AB 747, SB 1425, and AB 2684, and to evaluate potential implications for environmental justice policies per SB 1000. The proposed updates do not include any land use changes, nor do they expedite, initiate, or permit any ground-disturbing activities.
