Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SON-38480-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the City of Rohnert Park.
The project is limited to the installation of a 12-inch water main through the unnamed tributary to Hinebaugh Creek. The water main will be installed via an open trench and will be buried approximately 2.50 feet below the unnamed tributary. Construction access will occur from Business Park Drive to the south of the stream. Staging will occur on Business Park Drive and/or upland portions of the project north of the stream.
The project will result in less than 0.01 acre (55 square feet) and 2 linear feet of temporary impacts to stream habitat. No work will occur in wetted portions of the stream. One riparian tree will be removed as a result of the project.
