A request to amend Title 17, Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA) 25-0001, amending the detached single-family residential development standards to allow foam trim around the exterior doors, windows, and decorative features. Foam trim is a common decorative material used for the development of single-family residences and eliminating and finding that the project is consistent with Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) 22-002 prepared and certified in conjunction with the City’s General Plan (Palmdale 2045).
