Document Description
The 2025 AWMP is an update to the 2020 AWMP. DRWD prepared the 2025 AWMP in accordance with the updated guidance within the 2025 AWMP Guidebook developed and released by the DWR. The 2025 AWMP identifies the need to develop more efficient processes for approving water transfers and exchanges among SWP contractors, particularly with routine operational transfers (i.e., to/from established banking programs, common landowner transfers, and similar routine transfers/exchanges).
