Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-54823-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), as represented by Craig Geldard. The Project is limited to the reinforcement and repair of a pipeline that spans a wash at mile point 4.46 along PG&E’s Line 300A. Project activities are limited to the removal of vegetation on the wash banks, excavation of approximately 420 cubic yards of soil from the west bank, pipe coating, installation of two new four-foot by four-foot pipe supports with bedrock anchors, installation of 550 square feet of un-grouted 36-inch (2 ton) rock around the supports, and installation of approximately 1,200 square feet of un-grouted 36-inch (2 ton) rock slope protection on the west bank.
