Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-KER-25818-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicants, 64NB 8ME LLC, 91MC 8ME LLC, and 103KB 8ME LLC.
The Project includes activities related to the construction of a utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar generation facility over 1,376 acres and over a generation-intertie (gen-tie) transmission line that will extend approximately 6.5 miles east of the solar generation facility. Activities included in the larger PV solar facility development that will intersect Project streams include the construction of security fences, access roads, PV arrays, operations and maintenance (O&M) buildings, substations, energy storage systems (ESS), and transmission line infrastructure. Changes to the Project associated with Amendment No. 1 are inclusion of two additional permittees; change of the Project
representative, contact information, and Project title; modification of Project site locations and acreages of solar development and stream impacts; and revised avoidance and minimization measures.
