The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SCL-57160-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, John Bourgeois/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Project will involve stabilizing six stream crossings by removing undersized culverts and replacing them with low stream crossings, placing rock slope protection, and/or replacing timber retaining walls.
