The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for ITP (No. 2081(b)-2021-044-06-02), pursuant to Section 2081(b) of the Fish and Game Code to Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). The Amendment for ITP 2081-2021-044-06-202 will not increase acres of impacts to the covered species. The amendment provides LADWP additional time to purchase mitigation credits or complete Habitat Management Land Acquisition requirements of the ITP.
