Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSSBR-53608-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Grand Terrace. The Project is limited to the development of residential, commercial and public facilities on approximately 112 acres. Development would occur in two phases. Phase 1 includes mass grading of the entire project site.
