Document Description
A compostable materials handling facility that will receive compostable material, including green material, food material, mixed material, wood waste, agricultural material, digestate, and manure. The permitted hours of operation will be 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday for receipt of material and maintenance and 24 hours a day, seven days a week for operating/processing. The permitted maximum tonnage will be 1,000 tons per day, with a permitted traffic volume of 155 vehicles per day. The total and composting permitted area will be 36 acres and the composting design capacity will be 200,000 cubic yards.
