Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-21522-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. Amendment 2 includes increasing the footprint of the staging and access area within the riparian habitat on the northern side of the American River by an additional one acre. The amendment includes changes in the Project Description, Project Impacts, and Compensatory Measures to reflect the additional permanent and temporary impacts and compensatory mitigation.
