Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-TUO-34729-R4, issued pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to Tuolumne Utilities District. The Agreement authorized activities related to the construction of a pond outlet and inlet, reservoir expansion, and a new culvert. The amendment includes additional methods to dewater Pond 2 onsite before expansion, including a groundwater trench with wells discharging water to a temporary riprap field.
