The City of Yorba Linda proposes roadway and multi-use trail improvements within and surrounding Savi Ranch. Savi Ranch, located within the southeastern portion of the City, is a primary job center and consists of retail, commercial, industrial, and office uses. The project includes roadway improvements along Savi Ranch Parkway, Yorba Linda Boulevard, and Mirage Street in addition to a multi-use pedestrian and bicycle trail along Savi Ranch Parkway, Mirage Street, and Old Canal Road.

The project site is situated in the southeastern portion of the City, along the border between the cities of Yorba Linda and Anaheim, in the County of Orange. The proposed roadway improvements would be located on Savi Ranch Parkway between Yorba Linda Boulevard and Mirage Street, on Mirage Street between Crystal Drive and Old Canal Road, and on Yorba Linda Boulevard from Savi Ranch Parkway to approximately 480 feet south of Savi Ranch Parkway. The proposed multi-use trail would extend along Savi Ranch Parkway to Mirage Street, to Old Canal Road, and terminate at the intersection of Old Canal Road and Eastpark Drive.
