The proposed project includes the conversion of the Cross Valley Contractor's water supply contracts with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Bureau) to repayment contracts pursuant to the Water Infrastructure Improvement for the Nation Act for repayment of outstanding Central Valley Project (CVP) construction costs and for the renewal through 2035 and updated terms to the CVP conveyance contracts between the Bureau and the California Department of Water Resources.
