The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement for Routine Maintenance Activities EPIMS Notification Number
BUT-40867-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant,
City of Chico, as represented by Skyler Lipski.
Routine maintenance activities will include the removal of debris and obstructions, sediment
removal, vegetation control in channels, repair of existing erosion control, temporary water
diversion, channel maintenance, bridge inspection, trail crossing maintenance, and fuel
reduction and vegetation management.
