Document Description
The action before LAFCo is an annexation of the Tracy Costco Depot Annex Project site into the City of Tracy. The City of Tracy previously approved the development project and certified an EIR. Subsequent to the certification of the EIR and approval, the City of Tracy submitted a request to the San Joaquin LAFCo to approve annexation of the land into the city limits of Tracy. The CEQA approval under SCH 2020080531 provided the appropriate environmental review for the LAFCo action.
