The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-66299-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Jason Morse, representing Mendocino Unified School District. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment for stream restoration of an unnamed tributary to Slaughterhouse Gulch. Work will include excavation of a new stream channel, capping of existing culverts to be abandoned in place, and planting native riparian and wetland vegetation.
