Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- LAN-58742-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, SMMUSD as represented by Noemi Avila-Zamudio.
This Routine Maintenance Agreement is limited to the site maintenance of the Phase 1 ESHA restoration area. Maintenance activities will be performed on a monthly basis for six months of the year during the months when maintenance efforts will be more effective (likely during the early spring and early winter) and each month will be classified as a singular maintenance project subject to one fee. Maintenance activities include weed abatement, pest control, site repair, erosion control, irrigation system repair, and trash removal.
