Document Description
On June 30, 2026, the County of Santa Cruz approved a project amending various chapters of the Santa Cruz County Code, making minor General Plan Map Amendments, and amending the Zoning Map to streamline provisions to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal law, and improve clarity, accuracy, and internal consistency. The ordinance also rezoned parcels APN 026-091-54,026-261-17, 029-071-13, 030-121-34, 042-151-23, 070-301-01, and 074-152-30. The County, as Lead Agency, considered an Addendum to the previously certified Environmental Impact Report for the Sustainability Policy and Regulatory Update (SCH No. 2020079005), prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164, and determined that no subsequent or supplemental EIR is required
