Document Description
This Project is comprised of the residential development of 19.8 acres of vacant land consisting of a 75-lot subdivision with two lots to be developed as one detention basin. Project activities include removing vegetation, grading, underground utility construction (water and sewer lines), building construction, detention basin construction, paving, road construction, and landscaping. The Project will result in incidental take of 535 western Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia), a species which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation
