Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 1 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- SOL-21560-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the City of Vallejo. The Project is limited to maintenance and repair activities of the Mare Island Causeway Bridge. In-water Project activities include the removal and replacement of one pile, and the repair of anodes, piles and the fender system. Additional project activities that will not be conducted in-water include cleaning and painting of towers, handrails and underside of the bridge, sealing the deck, and replacement or repair of sidewalks, railings and lighting.

The approximate coordinates are Latitude 38.110933°N, Longitude 122.27440°W. The majority of the bridge structure is located over the Mare Island Strait for which there is no Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) available. The east end of the bridge occurs on APNs 0055010300 and 0055010250. The west end of the bridge is located on APNs 0066050100 and 0066020150.
