Document Description
The Hi-Desert Water District (HDWD) prepared the CEQA Addendum to reaffirm the findings in the adopted MND prepared in 2020 and to incorporate changes in environmental regulations to protect the Western Joshua Tree. As part of the Phase II and Phase III Sewer Collection System project, HDWD is continuing to install 64 miles of PVC sewer pipeline and three lift station facilities in their service territory. The sewer pipelines will be placed generally within established roadways and easements.
