Document Description
UC Davis proposes to provide tenant improvements to 24,727 square feet of the 36,000 square foot standalone commercial three-story brick building to support the move in of Veterinary Genetics Lab. The tenant improvements will provide modern facilities and equipment for high throughput genotyping to optimize and improve efficiency for testing procedures and accurate DNA testing in a single space. The space will house workstations for processing genetic tests, sample receiving and processing area, sample storage facilities, and a research & development lab. The space will also accommodate administrative uses such as offices, desk space, lockers, meeting/training rooms, etc.
