The proposed SWFP will allow for the following: changing the facility name from Monofill Facility to Desert Valley Company Monofill Facility; increasing the permitted disposal acreage from 28.9 acres to 62 acres; removal of reference to the remaining capacity and including the design capacity; increasing the design capacity from 1,839,900 cubic yards to 4,370,900 cubic yards; increasing the maximum elevation from -59 feet mean sea level (ft. MSL) to -55 ft. MSL; and increasing the estimated closure year from January 2025 to 2053.
