Document Description
Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) – A Tentative Subdivision Map is proposed for the division of the ±3.74-acre parcel into 12 lots. The 12 lots range in size from ±2,775 (Lot 8) to ±6,646 (Lot 11) square feet. There is no minimum parcel size in the NC-Flex Zone; however, the lots shall be large enough to accommodate their intended use (i.e. residential use). Parcel sizes, parcel dimensions, areas, setbacks and building envelopes are conceptually shown on the Tentative Subdivision Map to illustrate building areas and lot coverages (Exhibit D – Tentative Subdivision Map).
