Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-65400-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the San Mateo Resource Conservation District. The project involves restoring an existing degraded stock pond to improve aquatic habitat, create a new agricultural water reservoir, create stream and riparian habitat along a restored historic channel that will act as the new primary overflow for the enhanced pond, and address chronic erosion occurring along the existing pond overflow channel.
