Approval of Permit No. 20092, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To breach the right bank of the Tuolumne River to connect the river to an existing local basin within the Tuolumne River Designated Floodway to prevent fish stranding and create more frequent inundation for aquatic microhabitats. Armorflex concrete mat for erosion protection will be installed at the road crossing and bank breach location. To reshape the existing basin for fish passage. To plant native riparian vegetation in the basin. All material excavated in excess will be removed from the floodway.
