The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-HUM-58448-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Baduwa’t Watershed Council. This agreement authorizes the Baduwa’t Watershed Council to modify the streambed and streambank overapproximately 3,315 linear feet of Powers Creek. Specific project activities include excavation of aggraded sediment, installation of large wood structures, construction of a new side channel, installation of coarsened riffles, streambank stabilization, vegetation removal, and revegetation with native species.
