Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-50313-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Plumas Corporation.
The project consists of the placement of one hundred and seventy-three (173) distinct and
separate structures within Poplar Creek, Miller Creek, and associated unnamed drainages and
tributaries. The structures will include four hundred eighty-eight (488) cubic yards of large woody
material, smaller woody vegetative debris and sixty-six (66) cubic yards of rocky soil within
Poplar Creek and Miller Creek to slow and possibly reverse erosion and downcutting along the
banks of both creeks.
